Treacy & Wiersema Customer Test

The Treacy & Wiersema Customer test has 15 questions. The first 8 are about our company – what see our customers as our value discipline – and the other 7 are about the level of in what our market can be seen as commodity. The level of commodity has an influence on what value discipline you as a company should choose. It will take approximately 10 – 15 minutes to answer the questions. For the first eight questions participants have to divide seventeen points by each question over the answer options. This can be done easily with a sliding bar. And for the next seven they have to choose between most or least appropriate.

Answers will not be shared with others or used for commercial purposes. Only aggregated insights will be available for the client.
